Our pricing is VERY UPFRONT, CLEAR and LOW COST. We will only charge you $1.50/SQFT for the COMPLETE service including cleaning, sanding and sealing.

EXAMPLE: a 1000sqft driveway is $1500

Once you complete an online appointment on our website, you will select a date for us to stop by. We will get you an exact measurement of the pavers and a final price. Then we will set up a date for the cleaning, sanding and sealing service. It's that EASY!

 

Our Paver Sealing Service is all about preserving and beautifying your investment.Tampa Bay Pressure Washing, LLC. uses proper application techniques and the highest performing sealants on the market. 

OUR ADVANCE SEALING PROCESS:

We will apply a mold and weed inhibitor to all of your paver joints. This will help reduce the chance of weeds and any mold/mildew buildups.

To ensure a completely clean surface and to open all capillaries within the surface of the pavers we will perform a hot water surface cleaning. This is completed with all of our high end equipment.

Once your surface is fully prepped we will add a special silica paver joint sand to all of your joints. All joints will be filled anywhere from 1/4th-1/8th of an inch from the top of the paver joint. We complete this step by wet sanding in the sand to make sure those joint bellies are full as this is a key step to keep your pavers level and locked in.

After we carefully inspect each joint and paver we will complete the first coat of our eco friendly-water based sealant. This first coat goes on heavy as our flood coat. We want to be sure the joint sand absorbs as much product as possible while also filling all of the paver capillaries. Our Super Wet look sealant will be used.

After our flood coat we will complete a second coat which is our top coat. This gives you that sheen look while also giving you that nice protective barrier.

A third coat will be completed complimentary if your stones will absorb the sealant properly. We will not over seal as it will make your stones cloudy.

There are certain stones (usually newer construction) that are very poor quality and will absorb a lot of sealant to properly seal. If we determine this while completing this work we will notify you as there is the potential of needing additional coats of sealant. The typical cost is usually an extra $250.

** 2 year limited warranty **

Warranty covers the sealant. If the sealant deteriorates within the 2 year timeframe from normal wear and tear we will come back out and apply additional sealant to your surface.
